At Fosterful, our Program Manager will lead the Caregiver Support Project, a vital initiative to enhance the stability and well-being of foster children in Southwest Washington, by providing comprehensive support to their caregivers. In this role, you'll hire and guide a dedicated team of supervisors and staff, all while developing and implementing strategies that champion diversity, equity, inclusion, and trauma-informed practices. You'll oversee the creation of personalized caregiver support plans, facilitate ongoing training and professional development, and ensure effective resource management. Your efforts will help maintain high standards of case management. Additionally, you'll monitor child safety, step in during crises to prevent placement instability, and work closely with senior management to develop budgets and policies.
